Could you please tell me the below for Wokingham council housing list
1. How many people in band 1 are currently waiting for a 3 bed? 10
2. How many people in band 2 waiting for a 3 bed? 27
3. How many people in band 3 are waiting for a 3 bed. And how many of these hold priority? 178 households, all applicants have the same priority within this band, applicants are prioritised based on their effective date, so length of time in the band.
4. How many families have been housed in the last 3 months in a 3 bed? 1
5. Average wait time on the housing list till an offer of accommodation of a 3 bed property. We do not provide average wait times on the housing register as an individual waitlist is created for each void property which comes available which is based upon property/ landlord requirements such as age, bedroom size, property type, type of rent etc. We start with all eligible applicants for each property in Band 1 and if there are no suitable households to nominate we will then go to Band 2 and so on.
