Bill of Quantities and Documentation for 'R1 & R2: Nine Mile Ride Extension' Project

I am writing to request information under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIR) regarding the "R1 & R2: Nine Mile Ride Extension" project. Specifically, I am interested in the following:
1. Bill of Quantities (BoQ): Please provide the full Bill of Quantities for this project, including both high-level cost summaries (Level 1) and more detailed breakdowns (Level 2 and beyond). I am seeking a comprehensive view of the project costs, as well as detailed information to understand the environmental and construction-related impacts of the works.
2. Dimension Sheets and Maps: I would also like to request any available dimension sheets and maps in PDF format to better understand the scope and layout of the project and its potential impact on the surrounding environment.
I understand that this project may involve multiple contractors or consultants. If this is the case, I am open to receiving documentation for specific sections of the project, rather than for the entire 9-mile stretch. For example, I would find it helpful to receive information on 1 mile or smaller segments if that facilitates the preparation of the data.
Applicant clarification - If narrowing down the scope of my requested data to the "2km new built carriageway", as the one you mentioned, makes my request a practical one, I would be happy to go with that. I suppose you would provide me with the BoQ prepared for the project, as well as drawings of the project, so I can verify the bill of Quantities. That is the kind of information I hope to get. BoQs with relevant technical drawings, for BoQ verification.
We have been advised by our Project Manager, Capital Schemes, Highways – regarding the drawings, there is a huge amount of information including scheme drawings available on the planning portal. So if the enquirer visits the WBC Planning Portal page and searches the reference 192997 – they can view a vast amount of scheme information including plans.
We have been provided the attached BoQ document for the project, Commercially sensitive (section 43) and confidential (section 41) information has been removed from the document – all items and the quantities are listed.
Also attached is the site clearance plans (Series 200) from the project – as these are predominantly used for completing BoQ – the remaining items should be available by searching through the planning portal and loading up design drawings from there.
