I am looking at the effect of redundancy and demotion in various age groups for an assignment I am composing. Can you advise, within the last 18 months:
1. How many members of staff in your organisation were demoted within/per these age groups:
18-30
31-50
50-65
2. How many members of staff in your organisation were made redundant within/per these age groups:
18-30
31-50
50-65
3. And of these, how many appealed (just a number per question/age group) the change in employment.
