I refer to the Local Plan Update documentation which has recently been published.
The scheme for Loddon Garden Village (LGV) includes two primary schools. The first primary school is to become available for use when the first 750 homes have been completed, the second when 1,750 homes have been completed. The new secondary school is to be completed by 2037 which may be a full decade after house building has started. This is stated at several points when policy SS13 is described.
For the period before the Loddon Garden Village schools become available, please provide all planning papers (in whast ever media they might be held) showing

1. The estimated number of children resident in LGV in phases one and two of the scheme divided between children of primary age and children of secondary age. The assumed number of children per 100 houses built should be explicitly stated.
Note that this response is based on data relating to new homes. Primary education phase child numbers over the longer term will likely be lower than these figures.
• Phase 1 – understood to be the 2,700 homes expected to be completed by 2040
870 Primary
411 Secondary
• Phase 2 – the balance of the 3,930 homes
396 Primary
187 Secondary

The calculated number of children per 100 homes is therefore:
Primary 0.32224
Secondary 0.15213
NB Secondary is 11 to 16
2. The schools to which these children will be allocated before the schools in LGV become available for use.
Information not available

3. Given that all the local schools are full and are likely to remain so, please provide details of the contingency planning undertaken to enlarge these schools to accommodate these numbers with ballpark figures for likely costs
