The linked information for the Tri-x record states that "...Care must be taken to ensure that information contained in records is relevant and accurate and is sufficient to meet legislative responsibilities and the requirements of these procedures."

1. Can you please cite the legislative responsibilities that apply to the SEND department for record keeping in relation to SEN children under their purview and decisions taken relating to their care provisions.

Decisions taken in relation to children and young people with SEND are made in accordance with the Children and Families Act 2014, as well as statutory guidance (such as the SEND Code of Practice).
