1. In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I require copies of the footway inspection records together with all opening/closing notices, defect notices and records of complaints for 24 months prior to 30 May 2024. Please also provide a copy of the first highway inspection after 30 May 2024.
The location for our request is the footway outside of 18 ANSON CRESCENT, READING, RG2 8JT.
Please also confirm the frequency of the footway inspections.

Details of footway inspection records, customer enquiries and works orders in the time period requested are available in the Excel documents “18802 Anson Crescent Inspection Report” and “18802 Nores Road Inspection Report” supplied with this response. The files have been redacted to remove personal details. The most recent inspection of the street was carried out on 06/08/2024, when Enquiry number W2471094 was raised for Wokingham Borough Streetworks for a missing box lid outside no. 18. The Enquiry was raised under Nores Road rather than Anson Crescent, and details of the Enquiry are available in the report for Nores Road. An S81 was issued to Virgin Media ref JXS8184443100 by Wokingham Streetworks on 16 August 2024.
