I’m researching payments by local authorities to psychologists who carry out assessments in family court cases involving local authorities.
1. Please list the total council payments to the following psychologists and associated companies for the last five financial years (2019/2020, 2020/21, 2021/22, 2022/23 and 2023/24)?

I recognise that this information falls under section 40 (personal information) of the FOIA. However, I maintain that it is lawful to reveal this information as it is in the “legitimate interests” of wider society as it is necessary for transparency and accountability, given these psychologists are in public-facing roles and in receipt of public money as a result of the payments they receive from the local authorities.
