Veolia contract

I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000:
1. A copy of the current contract between Wokingham Council, or any of its bodies, and Veolia, or any of its subsidiaries, for waste.
2. Details of any amendments, extensions, or revisions made to the contract since its inception.
3. Any related performance reports or assessments carried out by Wokingham Council in relation to Veolia's services under this contract, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and their results.
Should any part of the contract or related documents be considered exempt from disclosure under the Act, I would appreciate if you could specify the exemptions applied and explain the reasons for applying them, and provide me with a redacted copy.
