Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("the FOIA"), please provide me with copies of the following:
1. Any Report, inclusive of report prepared pursuant to section 19 of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010, prepared pursuant to the flood that occurred on 6 January 2024 at or in close proximity to [redacted], Wargrave Road, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, RG9 3JD;
The Lead Local Flood Authority did not commission any report of the flood that occurred on 6 January 2024 at or in close proximity to Island Cottage. Specifically, the LLFA had no written confirmation or other communication to advise which properties were flooded at this location.
2. Details of all investigations undertaken in relation to the flood that occurred on 6 January 2024 at or in close proximity to [redacted], Wargrave Road, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, RG9 3JD.
None by the LLFA; investigations we believe were led by the EA.
