I would like to request information under the freedom of information act.

1. Please send a full list of businesses who have recently become responsible for a new business premises and responsible for business rates. I would like the list from between the 01/06/2024 to the 10/09/2024.
Can you include the full business name, address, liable party, liable dates and the type of property.
We have been advised by our Business Rates team that this information is available on the Datasets on the website, the next update will be end of September: https://www.wokingham.gov.uk/council-and-meetings/open-data-and-transparency/data-sets-and-open-data?field_media_asset_browser_target_id=103 and we are unable to report on live accounts we only report on closed accounts. We are unable to confirm details of the Credit.
The public interest test has been considered and as the information is updated periodically, and resource is better utilised elsewhere within the authority, it is not appropriate to create the dataset outside of the usual scheduled slot.
