1. Could you please provide details of all damage incidents and costs incurred for the repair of traffic calming measures in Arborfield Village since installation.
A list of reports (“Enquiries”), minor works orders (“Defects”) and works orders (“Orders”) relating to traffic calming features, from 1 January 2022 onwards, is available as an Excel file with the response to this enquiry. The file has been redacted to remove any personal information, as well as details of reports and works not relevant to this enquiry. The reports listed are those known to Wokingham Borough Council and reported via the “Report a problem” feature available on the Wokingham Borough public website (https://www.wokingham.gov.uk/roads/report) or noted during routine safety inspections.
Although a number of traffic calming measures were installed in Arborfield Village as part of the Arborfield Village Improvements (AVI) Scheme during 2022, some of the information supplied may relate to earlier traffic calming features in the same area that are not part of the AVI.
