1. Can you please tell me on how many occasions over the past 16 years that the Council have planned and completed maintenance activity on the open ditch that runs along Arbor Lane?
2. In addition, can you please tell me how much the Council allocates in funds per year to maintain this open ditch on Arbor Lane in order to fulfill their obligation as riparian owners?
3. Finally, can you please tell me how often the highways drainage on Arbor Lane is maintained and how much is spent doing so?
4. Does the Council have a record of its highways drainage system and can it provide me with a copy of the highways drainage for Arbor Lane.
