Section 106 Affordable Housing

1. I would like to request data showing what percentage of the affordable housing agreed under Section 106 planning obligations in this local authority since the beginning of 2010 to the present day has been:
• a) delivered
• b) is in development
• c) yet to begin development
We are unable to provide this information within the 18hour time limit (section 12). Each year would most likely take me 4-5 hours.
Under section 16, we have been advised we could provide a shorter time span of 5 years of information if the years are recent as there are multiple components, including figuring out the outstanding obligations. For much older years, such as 2010-2016 we most likely could research a 6 year span as it will most likely only be looking at one component- delivered- which consumes far less time.
Or alternatively if you could produce a list of applications for which you would like the information, a list of the 10 most desired ones with a list below of 5-10 additional ones that we can get done if time allows. They have estimated smaller sites without phases will take only 10 minutes and some very big ones with multiple reserve matters applications and S106 variations can take up to 3 hours to research.
We can provide the number of affordable housing completions each year since 2010 as that’s what we monitor.
