1. I would like to know how many people are currently on the waiting list for a 3 bed house in band 1 and band 2.
Band 1: 9
Band 2: 48
2. I would also like to know how many houses of this size are vacant and void.

10 in band 1 – 4 HA stock, 6 Council stock
13 in Band 2 – 8 HA stock, 5 Council stock
4.If possible do you have the information for the timescale it takes to be housed if in temporary accommodation
Presently the average wait for a 3 bed household to be nominated from temporary accommodation is between 12 months to 18 months, but this is dependant on voids becoming available and the number of households waiting in Band 1 for the same size accommodation as band 1 applicants will be prioritised over homeless households who are placed into band 2 once we have accepted the Relief Duty for the household.
