Non-domestic rating hereditaments

1. In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I write to request a list of the non-domestic rating hereditaments in your authority. For each hereditament, please include the following information:
• Address
• Postcode
• Property Reference
• Current Ratepayer
• Liability Start Date for current ratepayer
• Occupied/Unoccupied status
• Exemptions/Reliefs applied
• Exemption/Relief start date
Wokingham Borough Council are currently in the process of updating our Business Rates information following conclusion of Financial Year end work by that team. Therefore Section 22 - Future publication exemption is being applied. This will be published on the Councils website under the dataset data. The public interest test has been considered and as the information is updated periodically, and resource is better utilised elsewhere within the authority, it is not appropriate to create the dataset outside of the usual scheduled slot.
