I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from Wokingham Council.

1. Please can you provide the total number of public toilets operated by the council for each year from 2014 to 2024.
Wokingham Borough Council does not maintain/operate any public toilets. There are operational public toilets in Peach Place Wokingham, these are managed by Vail Williams. Some of the town/parish councils have public toilets i.e. Woodley.
The public toilets the council used to operate years ago were vandalised so it was decided to close them and introduce something called the local loo scheme. The Councils local loo scheme is details at the following webpage: https://www.wokingham.gov.uk/community-and-safety/community-facilities/public-toilets/
