1. Please could you provide details on the number of staff employed at the council in roles focused on equality, diversity or inclusivity and their salary band.
As of 01/05/2024 Wokingham Borough Council has 0 staff employed in this type of role. There is a Senior Specialist – Equality Diversity & Inclusion VACANCY that is currently being recruited to and the this would be a Grade 10 post with salary band £49,498 to £54,707.
