1. I now ask for the evidence to be shown to me following this comment from your reply: “However, we can provide information regarding our understanding of traffic speeds on the A321 within Hurst.”
I would be falling in my public duty to not continue to raise my concern regarding the failure of the police / council to enforce the speed limit by the use of a mobile safety camera van from time to time (unless you have deployed such a vehicle in the past - and if so, please share the dates / times of deployment and the number of breaches of the speed limit caught by such a vehicle under the Freedom of Information Act).
