1. Has your organisation's spending on cloud computing increased, decreased or stayed the same in the last five years?
Increased.

2. Has your organisation's spending on and prioritisation of sustainability considerations increased in the last five years?
Yes – In 2019 we declared a climate emergency. Since then, a Climate Emergency Action Plan (CEAP) was developed and is updated annually. Significant progress has been made on actions within this plan, with the latest progress report available on our website. https://www.wokingham.gov.uk/climate-emergency

3. In the last five years, have there been any factors that have impeded progress with projects aiming to improve the sustainability of your organisation and its work in this area? (for example, cost, availability of clean energy provision, knowledge and skills)
Yes – Similarly to most councils, costs and national policies can present delivery challenges across actions, including those within the Climate Emergency Action Plan (CEAP). Grid connection issues have also provided challenges to energy generation projects.
