I am a member of public within Wokingham Borough and keen to understand figures under dashboard item 3 Children’s Social Care Front Door from "Children's Services Performance Indicators dashboard"

1. How often do these indicators are produced for meeting? (i.e monthly or termly)
Monthly.

2. Which team provides you Data with regards to indicator 3?
Children Services Performance Team.

3. How do you quality assess referrals with regards to whether due diligence was followed by referrer before triggering a referral? Especially when referrer is Local Authority Employee or employee of Local Authority maintained school
Referrals are received by the MASH team. Wokingham’s threshold guidance is applied to referrals received, in order to make decisions about the service response. This is available on line to members of the public and other agencies.

4. Have you been able to identify any trends with regards to why repeat referrals are on the rise?
The number of repeat referrals fluctuate from month and where the number received is above average, a review of the repeat referrals is undertaken to ensure that there has been an appropriate response to the level of need.
