1. As a follow up question to WBCIR:17840, please may I ask what legal qualifications your Monitoring Officer holds?
Personal Information about individuals is exempt under Section 40 of the Act. See attached Job Description which covers the role of Monitoring Officer. The Deputy Monitoring Officers are the Head of Legal, and a Senior Solicitor.
