Public Right of Way at Barber close on Queens road
See notes
On Friday 15th March Wokingham Borough Council were informed that Vistry had illegally closed the Public Right of Way at Barber close on Queens road. This is a criminal offence and should have been dealt with by council officers immediately.
1. Why was this illegal closure of a public right of way dealt with immediately?
This is not a Freedom of Information request and doesn't meet the criteria set by legislation. Have directed the applicant to contact the Public Right of Way team.
