1. I wish to request copies of any correspondence compiled as a response to the public notice dated 15th June 2023 regarding the Definitive Map Modification Order for Wokingham Footpath 40. Dates for representations or comments closed on the 31st July 2023.
My understanding is the order has not yet been confirmed by the Council nor has it been sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs together with any objection. The notice publicly displayed regarding the order states any comments or objections may be shared with interested parties.

We received one objection to the order however it was withdrawn on 7th December 2023. The order was confirmed on 11th March 2024 and a period for any challenge will run until the end of April 2024.
