Please may I have the following information:
1. The number of reports received of anti social behaviour in Carnival Multi Storey car park on Wellington Road for the last 12 months (Feb 23-Feb 24)
2. The number of fixed penalty notices issued for breaching the Public Space Protection Order in the same period.
From February 2023 to February 2024 there have been 43 Complaints from members of the public regarding ASB related issues at Carnival Car Park. Our ASB team have received 7 complaints/referrals from Wokingham Borough Council staff.
We have not had a recognized ‘car meet’ at this location during this period. We have provided information and evidence that led to one arrest and subsequent prosecution for criminal acts in relation to fire alarm activity. We have issued two FPN’s for PSPO breaches (both paid).
