Please provide me with the following information:

We do not report on this. Would have to manually go through the requests to count them. All requests are published on disclosure log so this can be manually done by applicant if wanted to.
5. List of how often each exemption was applied.
*Only as accurate as individuals categorising on the system. Likely more occurred, especially with Section 21. Last time we manually checked a quarter of requests received had information already published online.

We are unable to answer these questions. Officers will have multiple responsibilities but still may be expected to handle an FOI as they would hold the information within their department.
