Affordable housing contributions

I would like the following information in relation to affordable housing contributions under section 106 and community infrastructure levies.
1. I would like to a list of all developments from 2019 that have agreed on a affordable housing contribution or CIL. I would like the application number, the date, the amount agreed and the amount received.

2. I would also like to know the councils policy on collecting such payments.
Payment of contributions becomes due when the trigger, as detailed within the legal agreement has been reached, this can be at various stages of the development and will vary between S106 agreements.
