Planning application F/2012/0173 and all associated plans, documents and representations are available on the Council’s website. The application was allowed at appeal and a copy of the Inspector’s decision is available on the website.

2. How many complaints has the council received since this junction's construction?
Planning has not received any complaints about the design of the junction or the safety of the junction.
We have received enquiries from Councillor Kerr and Mather about the junction.
The Planning Enforcement Team received a “request for service” about the junction.
There have been no personal injury collisions at either of the junctions identified either in the last 23 years or since it was constructed. These will normally be considered on a rolling three-year programme to inform priorities for potential intervention. These can be explored using this link - https://www.crashmap.co.uk/
