Roadworks permits

1. I would like the following roadworks permits: KG043REA-2-PN153-00001-1, KG043REA-2-PN153-00007-1 and KG043RA-2-PN153-00008-1.
Please see attached files for KG043REA-2-PN153-00001-1 and KG043REA-2-PN153-00007-1. Our Streetworks Manager has no record of KG043RA-2-PN153-00008-1.
2. I would also like to see all correspondence relating to city fibre, installcom and their works in Armstrong Way and the minutes of any meetings held concerning City Fibres works in Armstrong Way, Woodley and in Retford Close, Woodley.
Please see attached files for copies of correspondence. There have been no meetings covering the roads mentioned.
3. I would also like to know if there are any financial links between WBC and City Fibre or between WBC and Installcom (without actual details).
There is no contractual relationship between CityFibre and the Council. Where appropriate, CityFibre (like all work promoters) are required to pay for permits to work on the public highway.
