1. I understand First Days charity is currently using the old library in Wokingham for storage.
a) Please advise if they have a lease or a license.
This information is exempt under Section 43: Commercially Sensitive. The Commercial Property team have advised that they would not discuss details of rent or lease of any letting other than with the party (or their representatives) themselves.
b) Please advise if they are paying a rent and if so whether it is a commercial rent or discounted.
We do not hold this information. Whether a rent is being paid or not, it would be very difficult to say if it was a market or discounted rent having regard to the nature of the building and the unique terms of occupation.
2. I understand the cowshed have taken a lease of a Wokingham Borough Council building on Molly Millars Lane.
a) How long is their lease?
