1. Please provide me a list of council buildings in the borough which are empty and their size in sq ft
A list of all Council buildings is available on the website. We are unable to provide details of empty properties as this could impact on security of those buildings by putting this information into the public domain. Section 31 exemption is being applied. Those properties being actively marketed will be included under Question 6.
2. How big is the old library in terms of sqft

3. How big are the vacant areas of Shute End in terms of sqft
1st Floor 11,377 ft2
2nd Floor 10,434 ft2
Total 21,811 ft2
4. How big are the offices next to the Denmark Street car park in terms of sqft
22,878 sqft. Office suites range in size from 850 sqft to 6,500 sqft.
5. When does Barclays vacate the town centre branch - how big is this in terms of sq ft
We do not hold this information. Check the Bank's announcements on their website or in branch.
6. What other buildings are there, how big are they and which ones are vacant
The Council do not hold a list of all vacant properties in the Borough. As mentioned in question 1, we are unable to provide details of empty properties into the public domain which could make them a target and impact on security of those buildings. A list of all Council buildings is available on the website, and below are those which are being marketed (at time of responding to request).
There are five office suites to let: First floor office suite Rubra One, Mulberry Business Park, Wokingham. First floor office suites, 3 and 4 Courtyard, Denmark Street, Wokingham. First floor office suite, Twyford House, Twyford. Both are being marketed by our retained commercial letting agents.
