I would like to request the following information:
1. Copies of the Inspection Reports for all “scheduled” and ad-hoc (i.e. response to defect reports by the public) for the Binfield Road between its junctions with Forrest Road and Plough Lane between 1st February 2022 and 1st April 2023. Copies of the reports resulting from inspections should include any associated photographs, drawings, and diagrams.
Inspection records are held for individual roads, as defined in the National Streets Gazetteer (NSG). Accordingly, Inspection Reports are provided for the two streets BINFIELD ROAD, BINFIELD (NSG no. 44700153), and BINFIELD ROAD, WOKINGHAM (NSG no. 44700154), which cover Binfield Road between B3034 Forest Road, Binfield, and Plough Lane, Wokingham. The Inspection Reports contain details of all inspections carried out on the two roads during the period 1st February 2022 and 1st April 2023, including inspection dates, inspection findings, actions taken, customer reports and works orders. The Inspection Reports have been redacted to remove any personal information.
The Inspection Reports are supplied as Excel Files with this FOI response.
In addition, based on the additional information supplied by the customer on 29th June, photos associated with the above Inspection Reports for the section of Binfield Road, Binfield, approximately from Keephatch Meadows to Stokes Farm ONLY, are supplied. No drawings or diagrams were found associated with the inspection records.
