If you disagree with our decision

You will be given the opportunity to discuss any queries you have with your Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Case Officer, about the school allocated or the content of the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

If you disagree with the setting or provision we have named in your child’s EHCP, you also have the right to mediation and to appeal to the SEND Tribunal. Details of this process will be provided to you with the final EHCP.
