These prices are for the hire of the Loddon and Emmbrook Rooms at Dinton Pastures Country Park.

Prices are per room, per hour.

Off peak times: 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday
Peak times: 6pm - midnight daily plus all day Saturday and Sunday
Bookings finishing after 8pm incur an additional lock up charge of £50.
For bookings of 5 or more hours or block bookings of five or more, there is a 10% discount.

Booking procedure

Telephone to make a provisional booking.
On notification of a firm booking, an invoice wll be sent to you from Wokingham Borough Council. The full amount of the hiring should be paid no later than 2 weeks before the hiring date.
The room will be open 30 minutes in advance of booking.
