What we do
Wokingham Direct is the Council’s front line customer management team.
Our Customer Service Centre handles calls, emails, online requests and webchat.
We also manage the Council’s website, touch screen information kiosks in libraries and the Council’s presence on Digital television ‘Looking Local’.
