Stay Active is a weekly session for the over 55's. The Sports Park offers a morning of activities which will help you Stay Active and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Activities include:
•Badminton/Table tennis
•Squash/Racquetball
•Tennis
•Gentle fitness and yoga classes
•Gym
You will be able to enjoy all of these activities for just £3.90 per session. Plus enjoy a tea or coffee in our cafe Eat@SportsPark. There's no need to register in advance, you can just turn up on the day.
- Dyslexia Action - Parents Dyslexia Awareness Course

A course for parents of children with dyslexia to gain an understanding about the hidden learning disability and ways to support children with literacy and numeracy at home. The course is in partnership with Wokingham Borough Council and will be run by specialists qualified in providing advice and guidance about dyslexia.
